Visitors to this website

The public pages do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. If you send a message through the Contact page, the club stores your name, email address, telephone number (if given), subject and message so that an officer can reply, and emails a copy to the club’s own address. Only the club’s officers can read these messages.

The Contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter out automated spam. Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser to perform that check.

Members

For members, the club keeps the membership record it already maintains (name, member number, contact details and membership status), plus the settings each member chooses in the member area. Members’ information is never shown on the public website. Sign-in uses a small cookie that keeps a member signed in; it is not used for tracking.

A record of changes made by officers is kept for accountability. Email addresses and telephone numbers are left out of that record.

Where information is kept

Information is stored with the club’s service providers in the United States: Supabase (database and files), Netlify (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery). The club does not sell or share personal information.
